If you mean a vehicle trailer they are DC power. Everything in a highway vehicle is DC. In an Aircraft or Military Tank or Ship they may be AC.

All batteries are DC including 12V car batteries. Car batteries need to be recharged after suppling the power/energy to spin the starter motor to start the engine. The engine recharges with an AC alternator powered by the running engine. The AC voltage from the alternator is rectified to DC and used to recharge the battery and power the head, tail, signal, brake lights, horn, ignition and interior lighting, sound system etc. Trailer lights use DC voltage just like all the other lights on the vehicle.
