Thanks to T C for the info. I will call a qualified repairman, but until then I duct taped down the door activated switches to keep the lights off and the crazy blinking stopped.

It’s a defective LED light module that is designed with a built in dimmer.. which controls all 3 lights in the refrigerator.
As the dimmer fails it causes the lights to strobe.
