Thanks to T C for the info. I will call a qualified repairman, but until then I duct taped down the door activated switches to keep the lights off and the crazy blinking stopped.

It’s a defective LED light module that is designed with a built in dimmer.. which controls all 3 lights in the refrigerator.
As the dimmer fails it causes the lights to strobe. Module is located at the top.As I was looking for a picture to show you where the module was, I found a video…I only watched a few seconds so it might have some good info for you …The bad news is I believe those modules run about 175.00 https://video.search.yahoo.com/yhs/search?fr=yhs-a...
