satan is not even a human being he's an evil spirit and he is made out of fire but has he ever been charged with a crime like criminals no has he ever killed someone no he only exist's in the afterlife world they only thing he did do was that he disobeyed god and was cast out of the heavens.

Christians go by Jesus' warning. He should know because He left Heaven to become a sinless man on Earth. He told religious people who hated Him, "If God were your Father you would love me, for I came from God and now am here... You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him... he is a liar and the father of lies." John 8:42-47
In what way is he a murderer? By plotting then carrying out deception in order to kill the entire human race. That's genocide, the likes of which has never been approached even by evil men. No wonder Jesus charged him with all those crimes! Beware sympathizing with the devil or you could make yourself his ‘child’.
