The watch has date function (shows date) and I noticed this problem after I took it to the service for battery replacement. Is it possible that they “stole” some part of the mechanism and replaced it with a cheaper one?

I am not sure what you mean by “void”.
But if you mean that there is a slack bit of movement before the crown starts to move the hands then that’s normal.
On cheap watches that bit of slack tends to be much greater.
The only watches I currently know of marketed as “Swiss Military” are the overpriced cheap watches sold on Tv shopping channels. Typically about £20-£30 worth of cheap basic watch typically sold as a “bargain deal” for about £150-£170. Watches like “Swiss Military by Hanowa” (Ideal World TV shopping channel) and “Swiss Military by Chrono” (sold through lots of other outlets.
They’re not bad watches. But they are just very cheap quartz watch movements sold in cheap but fancy-looking casings and very impressive looking cardboard or plastic boxes (which quite possibly cost more to make and supply than the watches themselves). And they are sold at massively overpriced rates with suggestions that the buyer is getting a bargain deal on a prestigious watch. The truth is that even brand new and boxed, even a pawn shop would be reluctant to lend even as much as £5 against them.
Your other questions about your watch, such as the battery expiring very quickly, tend to add weight to my suspicions that you’ve hugely overpaid for a cheap no-name watch masquerading as something better such as a Swiss Victorinox which itself is just a moderate quality no-name watch which has simply paid to carry the Victorinox logo.
