Do 'tech giants' have the right to censor, prohibit or abridge our 1st amendment rights to free speech!?

Or does Joe Biden have to SIGN into LAW our expressed comments & opinions have the 'RIGHT' to 'agree' or 'disagree' (especially politics) without 'illegal' discrimination, segregation, profiling, prejudice or political bias!?

Not really, they were given legal immunity from lawsuits so that people were responsible for their own posts. Now that they’re openly an editorial publisher, those protections need to be removed. They cannot have their cake and eat it.

They do have the right to decide what to allow on their website, just like you have the right to decide what speech to allow in your house.

Anything "tech giants" do does not prohibit or abridge our "First Amendment" rights, because only action by the government prohibits or abridges "First Amendment" rights.  The First Amendment says only that the government cannot violate our free speech rights.  It does not say anything about a right not be stopped by a corporation.

Even if he signed into law a "right" to post whatever you want on their websites, that law would violate their First Amendment rights, so we still would not be allowed to do it.

Death threat is not free speech. You are free to create your own twitter

This has nothing to do with the first amendment.

you do realize people had free speech in this country before Twitter, Facebook and Parlor right? These companies are not taking away your free speech, they are just taking away the free megaphone they gave you
