New voting laws?

I have some great ideas. 1: since there are plenty of democrat and republican volunteers who want nothing more than to be a part of the voting process in every county in every state, why not have a representative from both parties together deliver absentee ballots and wait and place ballot in a locked box with 2 locks one by the Republican chair person and one by the democrat chair kept in a bank safe with a notarized document saying that both must be present to get the box to be opened and counted on Election Day. 2: a representative from both parties to take a person who is a legal citizen to get a legal ID and verify one address Early voting to be witnessed by a representative from each party. No dead person will be voting . No reason why every vote cannot be counted and counted once. There will be so many volunteers that some will have to be turned away. A paper ballot will match the electronic machines. There will be no need for a “ margin of error “. No exceptions. In person, absentee or early

Anonymous I see your point. We do need a representative from all parties. The representatives would need to be verified. There is plenty of donations to the rnc and dnc to absorb the cost. Anything would be better than the last election catastrophe. I would just like to see a way for EVERY to be verified and legal ( no dead person voting, the vote to match address, one vote per person, ballots at precincts by 12:01 am election day

The MUCH larger problem with the 2020 election that NOBODY seems to understand is what I call "ghost voters" being manufactured, registered to vote and they're ballots being processed AFTER the polls are closed while they're SUPPOSEDLY processing the LATE mail-in ballots this would NOT be discovered when recounts are done and is virtually undetectable with our current system UNLESS an AUDIT of ALL voters is done OR constitutionally allowed poll watchers are allowed to witness the ENTIRE counting process!! 
The ONLY way to catch and STOP this from happening would be to REQUIRE EVERY voting district, precinct or area to publically publish they're TOTAL number of REGISTERED voters in they're area, district or precinct at 12:01 AM after election day and after the polls are closed because BEFORE ANY ballot can be counted a person's name MUST be registered and entered into the system so the ballot is tied to a name and ALL mail-in voters MUST be registered BEFORE they have a ballot mailed to them so as of 12:01 AM ALL eligible voters MUST be in the system! NOW if the total number of voters at the end of the count rises more than a few hundred REGISTERED voters then this is the amount of "ghost voters" that have been ILLEGALLY manufactured during the counting process!!! 
The beauty of doing this is it's simplicity and the profound impact it WILL make in ensuring ALL future elections are conducted in a secure fashion AND it requires virtually NO major changes to the voting system other than PUBLICLY publishing the TOTAL registered voters number and that takes virtually ZERO effort or software changes and only VERY minor website changes so there's NO excuse to NOT do this other than because it will put a STOP to the election fraud!!! IF the LIEberal left socialist demoCROOKS are NOT cheating with ghost voters then they should have ZERO issues with implementing this BUT if they UTTERLY REFUSE to require this then it PROVES this is how they're abusing the election system and CHEATING!!

The problem is that Republicans don't believe in them because they keep losing elections.

The DHS said 2020 was the most secure election in US history partially prompted by trump's cry of foul before a vote was cast. Trump's attacks on democracy are a disgraceful display f/ a sore loser. Applying credibility to a sore loser's claims is counterproductive.

Actually, most states do require bipartisan teams for most election activities.  The problem is finding people available to work given that elections are held on regular working days.

I welcome your thoughtful response but caution you on a few oversights. Democrats and Republicans are not the only parties in America and they're both guilty of infiltrating each other's parties. Your Rep Dem team could be two reps or two Dems. It wouldn't stop the fraud and it would add costs nobody wants to pay. But seriously, I appreciate your thoughts on it bc nobody else is offering solutions
