Is Austin, TX or Nashville, TN a better city to be homeless in?

I am homeless now.  I have always wanted to move to Austin.  But Nashville is cool too.  As a homeless person, which one should I choose?  It is January so I'm leaning towards Austin.  But I'm in Nashville now and Austin is like a 12 hour drive from here.
