How do I edit a review in the App Store with a Kindle Fire?

I think it can be done, people have said they edit their reviews.

I pressed "create your own review" and it said "you have already submitted a review for this item"...but the rest of the screen is empty.

YOU can't. That is on a different host, and what you upload for a review is the only thing you can edit.
Yea, you can edit the text of your review, 'if permitted'
Often there is a time limit before it locks, then you can't.
