If Vladimir Putin and Russia were to commit genocide against their Muslim population, would their be a media frenzy and outrage from Biden?

Imagine if Russia threw Muslims in concentration camps, tortured, sterilized, did forced abortion and organ harvesting. Oh wait that's China that is doing that so to Biden it's just "cultural norms". The media obsesses over Russia by keeps silent on China's atrocities.

It's nothing the usa hasn't already done.  I'm guessing the civilian populations of iraq and afghanistan and yemen and syria aren't quite muslim enough for you since you're suddenly concerned about them.
