Is it really that bad to wash your hair daily?

If I don't mine will feel greasy and I feel dry shampoo isn't good for the hair since it contains a lot of alcohol!

The experts agree: Only a small group needs to shampoo daily, like those with very fine hair, someone who exercises a lot (and sweats), or someone living in very humid place, Goh says. “If you have oily scalp, then daily washing is needed,” she explains

I shampoo every day.  I have oily hair.  I use fragrance free shampoo for oily hair.  Try Clean and Clear.
