Is a nine year old boy too old to have his father give him a bath?

I have a friend that he still give his son a bath at the age of nine. The son has ADHD. Takes medication to control his ADHD. When he wants to ask something. He wants the answer in a split second If his father does not answer. The son will say "I want an answer NOW" He was held back in Kinder garden. Goes to school for half a day because of his ADHD. I was told he makes A and B. Which I do not believe. Can hardly read.

I have a new few that is same age. He has been taking a shower by himself since he was the age of four.

ADHD is not a serious mental disorder, and yes 9 is far too old for a parent to bathe him, most kids learn how to take showers alone as soon as they are toilet trained. I do believe this is trolling.

How does ADHD have to do with not being able to take a bath? I have ADHD and I can. Also I definitely think 9 is too old. Also you can be incredibly smart and have ADHD or ADD. It doesn't mean you are dumb. It's an attention deficit disorder.

Everyone's family dynamic is different, and i've never heard of a four year old taking a shower on their own.
