If the Italians left their own country in the 1890's because of hardship, then why don't African-Americans leave their country over hardship?
Who was suffering more hardship? Who was suffering more oppression? Obviously, the black people of the USA feel that they are undergoing more hardship and oppression than the Italians living in Italy in the 1890's. So then, the same way that the Italians left their own country, where they trace their heritage back to Roman times, why don't the African-Americans leave their country, a country where they weren't from originally, and a country where they were forced to come over to in chains?

It has to do with: "...that all men are created equal..." "...with liberty and justice for all..." "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." "Equal Justice Under Law" "...all persons held as slaves within any State...shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free..."
When you're born to a home that makes such claims and has such claims made about it - especially if you're born where your ancestors have lived for four hundred years...some twenty generations...it's only natural to be reluctant to leave it to those who dislike you.
For the first thirteen generations they wouldn't LET your family leave. Then for the next six generations they denied your family the MEANS to leave. So instead of emigrating, your family adapted to the oppression. That didn't make it UN-oppressive. It just made it survivable. Many Italians couldn't survive what was happening during Unification, but African-Americans have been forced to construct a more enduring, tempered character and culture.
They know that no other country in the world makes the claims that Americans love to cite, so any other place they might flee to is likely to confront them with at least as much oppression as the USA. At home in America, at least, they walk in the footsteps of their fathers before them, and they have the knowledge that they aren't the only ones in the USA who take the above-quoted phrases to heart.
Because every country in the world hates them. Especially with this bogus BLM movement going on. No one wants them, not even African countries. The only countries willing to take pity on them are western ones, & that's only because whiney guilt ridden liberals are in charge.
Nobody alive today was forced to come on chains. But they know very well that going back to Africa would mean they can't throw a tantrum and blame white people for their own shortcomings as majority of the Africans are black.
