Definitely yes, it is always the face or the body.  Absolutely, no exceptions.

I'm a guy, been one all my life, and I've described a whole lot of girls as hot.  Even if the face and / or body are not textbook perfect, there's always something about one or both that count as a factor in the hot equation....Show more
