Ecumenism = 263 heresies; each heresy leads to hell. Orthodoxy = the only true faith; Roman Catholics tried one cup - one spoon ritual and got sick with Bubonic plague; if heresy enters Orthodox monastery then monks/nuns will get sick with flu/tuberculosis (for instance); Orthodox churches who closed for COVID or had disposable cups/spoons or dipped spoon into alcohol are no longer brides of Christ (now they serve Satan and honor Satan's new COVID religion). Don’t go into UFO to be “healed” by evil demons; demons never do good. Saint Spyridon Bishop of Trimythous killed 900 Roman Catholics posledneevremya.ru/?p=462 Reject vaccines.

Jesus asked that same question in Luke 6:46.

Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

And what does Jesus require of His followers? It can be boiled down to this very simple statement Jesus made: "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love me will not obey my teaching." John 14:23-24 Love of the person of Jesus Christ causes a person to want to start doing what Jesus commands.

And what enables a person to actually do what Jesus commands is the indwelling Holy Spirit who is spoken of by Jesus in that chapter. Those who love Jesus and start to do what Jesus requires, and aided by the indwelling Holy Spirit, who helps them grow to spiritual maturity and faithfulness. To come to love Jesus is to come to know who He is and why He suffered and died on the cross for us sinners - to repent of our sin that caused Him such physical, mental and spiritual agony - to grasp that He did it out of love. Who could resist such love? Christians cannot! And so Christians express their love for their Savior by striving to do as He commands us to do, aided by the Holy Spirit, given as promised to all who belong to Christ by faith.

But mere intellectual knowledge ABOUT Christ cannot engender the necessary love that results in the Holy Spirit indwelling a person. It is knowing Christ as he relates to the repentant sinner that triggers that loving obedience. Legalistic obedience repels the Spirit.
