Lack of oxygen due to diabetes?

My dad recently went to the hospital because no oxygen was going to his leg and it was rotting. After he came out he can barely breathe now. We have gone to the hospital about 5 times for that fact and they send him back home saying he's okay, we've spend more than $1,000 just on visits. When I ask the doctors why he has a lack of oxygen, they say they don't and do nothing to help. Apperently the hospital is no help, what else can it be done? We've took him to the hospital way before he's conditions got worse and they had said he was fine until I saw it and took him the hospital which turns out he wasn't fine. Seems the doctors are making things worse.

You should NOT be going to the ER to try to find solutions for this.  You should be getting advice from his primary care doctor and references to specialists to handle his health issues.

The ER does NOT diagnose issues and they DO NOT fix issues that aren't an IMMEDIATE emergency.

The hospital ER is a terrible place to seek treatment for a chronic illness.

Make an appointment with his doctor.

Are they giving him morphine which is supressing his breathing reflex?

It’s not oxygen per se, it’s diabetic vascular issues/circulation. He should see a diabetic specialist and possibly a vascular specialist. The ER is to stabilize not to deal with chronic health. Start with a diabetic specialist

It's a circulatory problem.

The thing is, does you dad do the things needed to control the diabetes effects? What are the other factors that he's not telling the doctors?
