Cats are VERY sensitive to peoples' energies. If you're thinking of dating this guy, DON'T! Heed the warnings your cat gives you. a reaction like that, yeah, you might want to get full background check on this guy if you're thinking of getting involved with him in any way.

Cat not used to meeting new people? If it isn't, then it's was probably scared at seeing someone unfamiliar. That's all I can think of, since you didn't mention a thing about what this guy looks like or what he did.

Does he have a cat of his own? If so, he may be carrying the scent on his clothes and she thinks the cat is in the room. She looked to you for reassurance.
