What state or country do you never want to go back to?

As I never say never, this question is hard to answer. Also, I have been in more than 150 countries and focus on to see anything new anytime I travel, so saying that I won't come back to a specific place is a matter of a short lifetime more than bad experience I made at a certain place.

So to answer this question (I did it once, picked Dakar and still stand for it), today I pick Angola.
