There are plenty of lesbians who dress more femininely bc that's just how they feel most comfortable even if they get attention from men that is unwanted.
I dress more masculine bc that's also how I feel more comfortable, and have done since I was a kid. I do feel uncomfortable if I think a man is interested in me romantically but I think that's true a lot of the time if you sense someone is interested in you in a way you're not interested in them. Straight or otherwise. And I guess from my experience men aren't only interested in femme women.
