Do lots of lesbian women love dressing as studs to make men not be attractive towards them?

There are plenty of lesbians who dress more femininely bc that's just how they feel most comfortable even if they get attention from men that is unwanted. 

I dress more masculine bc that's also how I feel more comfortable, and have done since I was a kid. I do feel uncomfortable if I think a man is interested in me romantically but I think that's true a lot of the time if you sense someone is interested in you in a way you're not interested in them. Straight or otherwise. And I guess from my experience men aren't only interested in femme women. 

Yeah, all the time. Like lesbians are soooo super attractive to men, while some are actually attracted to feminine men, like me. Fancy that! You're not curious, you're a dumb troll.

Like everyone they dress as they see fit.   I am stuffed if I can understand why you would assume the way a person would dress, suggest something about them.      If you are correct them everyone who wears Nike shoes is a sports star.
