Not wishing to sound phobic but aren't a lot of evening TV shows less about the story and more about the LGBTQ Community and their lifestyle?

Isn't this a relatively new thing?

There should be a warning if they are going to show homosexuality on television. Some of us are not comfortable with that.

You should only take seriously the gay male story-lines -- and only when the men are gorgeous, masculine and wealthy.

Ignore the sicko lezzies and trannies!

    Peace.

There are plenty of heterosexual relationships shoved down the throat of every movie/tv show, there are very few lgbt characters within shows, it is very good they are bringing more out since it clears stigma and misconceptions many people carry with them. It is not a new thing, heterosexual people just chose to ignore us and our voices.

40 years ago, the gay/lesbian community organized themselves and made a concentrated effort to change hearts and minds about the gay community. For the most part, their efforts have succeeded. One of their strategies was to work with screenwriters and the producers of fiction TV shows to ensure that every show had a sympathetic character who was gay or lesbian. If the writers of any show balked, then activists would hassle that show's sponsors until the producers felt the heat and produced a change in the show.

Since that time, other social movements have tried to duplicate the success of the gay rights movement by imitating their methods. That is what you see going on with LBGTQ people being represented in many TV shows.

You don’t sound homophobic that’s just what people say when you don’t agree with homosexuality or anything like that. And it probably is to accept it or something but truth is it ain’t natural never was never will be. God’s word hasn’t changed since “biblical times.” don’t believe me? Look at sodom and Gomorrah. They were destroyed were they not?
