JKLM is a kite. Find m<K.?

Does your question about a kite have strings attached?  I frankly think it flies in the face of common sense.

In a kite, the two angles where the non-congruent sides meet are congruent, so it's also 88º. And on #9, M and K have equal measures, and add to 60 + 50 to make 360 so 360 - 110 = 250; 250 ÷ 2 = m<K
