Which vaccine was developed from genetic material rna, or dna?

Both are used to develop vaccines, some vaccines are RNA based (ie. Moderna and Pfizer covid vaccines), some are DNA based (ie. West Nile vaccine for animals, none approved thus far in humans) and of course, the classic and by far the most common are vaccines made from pathogenic/toxic proteins or inactivated infectious agents.

There are two COVID-19 vaccines that have used mRNA. They are the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines.

rather than reporting this question as unintelligible, I will assume that you are talking about vaccines against covid-19

IIRC the Moderna and Pfizer-biontech are made from RNA, the other ones ( Astra-Zeneca, Sputnik, Janssen) are not
