mine makes my chest hurt, my stomach is always twisting and hurts, my head is always in pain and i feel like im going to throw up all the time. ive felt this way for years. sometimes i dont go to work because of it.

That's called depression. Clinical Depression takes many forms and has a variety of symptoms. You just named some of them. Are you seeing a therapist? If not, why not?

It's still just depression. The physical symptoms are caused by extreme emotional stress. It's psychosomatic, no different than when someone with a panic attack feels chest pains.
