They didn't exactly toss them but they dropped them at least 10 feet.  A 3 and a 5 year old.  Fortunately the border patrol saw it and saved the little girls who would otherwise most likely have died in the desert like so many others.  How terrifying that must have been.  Biden isn't even acknowledging what is going on.  Its pretty difficult to imagine any news source ignoring this.
