Do liberals not realize that there will be lawsuits left and right from states if they somehow pass the HR1 bill?

The HR1 bill will take away the states right to legislate their own election laws, which is unconstitutional. Their will be lawsuits left and right if Democrats somehow pass the HR1 bill. Do liberals not realize this?

Also, why are they wanting to cause divide in the United States? Democrats are causing a deeper divide by them trying to pass such an unconstitutional bill. Didn't "president" Biden call for unity among all Americans? Unity means unifying a diverse group of people with different political ideologies, not having people conform to one political ideology.

I doubt they do. Most of them know nothing about the Constitution. And others don't care if Democrats violate it as long and they get what they think they want.
