Where can I download a service/factory/workshop manual for an E56 XD with the M54 engine?

I am changing the spark plugs in this car but I do not know the torque specifications for the spark plugs onto the cylinder head. I can go by the spark plug manufacture's specifications but I might damage the thread on the X5 cylinder head.
