I drink at least 2 litres a day but ive noticed i always get headaches sometime when i drink a glass of water. Sometime the headache will last for as long as one to two hours. Why is drinking fluid giving me headaches?

I don't think you can get a headache from drinking water. I bet it's something else that's giving you the headache. Is there something else that you tend to do when you get a glass of water? Like if you sit down at the computer with your glass of water, or your watching TV, then it would cause eye strain.
