????I think some are completely misunderstanding. I am not trying to seek any personal advice, I just want a change in scenery is all. I am fully aware on how every culture has their issues, but I'm also aware that English sites were not this bitter over a year ago. I can only assume it's because of recent political events, which is why I'm seeking for a bit of escapism.

You are claiming that you have used websites where the people are not friendly. I am sure people could be found who have used exactly the same websites and found them very friendly.

If you do not find people friendly take a good look at yourself first. You will find the way people behave towards you is often a response to your own behaviour.

You will not find any language where all its speakers are completely friendly. Similarly, you will not find one where everybody is nasty.

Languages are spoken by many people and everyone is different. You will find a very large spectrum of people in any language group.

Esperanto. It's the easiest, and if you switch to another language later, it won't even cost more time than just learning that other language would

Spanish would be the ideal, unless you care to go to the additional effort of learning Brazilian Portuguese.

Changing languages won't really change human nature (though it never hurts to learn another language).  If you want real change, you have to start with yourself.  Maybe start with having the courage to abandon anonymity and be yourself.
