Where is my Blogger traffic coming from?

My stats reveal that I get thousands of visits a week to my blogger site—much of it from places like Hong Kong, Indonesia & Russia—but visits to actual posts account for less than a quarter of those visits? Who is visiting my site and what are they looking at?
