Any idea how to fix the SD Card problem not the Card?

Well i just need to make more space and delete some usless things and save another files so, i took out the Card from my cellphone and install in my Tablet but, (problems when you buy cheaper) the Table says that is corrupted and need to formatted but i got 62 Gygas of info that i don't want to erase cuz malfunction of the Table, i put Back the SD Card to my Cellphone and it's working exelent no a single issue but the Table wants to Formatted. I did already on Google store SD Reader, Files Manager and two more apps and always the Card is missing in the Table, i went to YouTube and almost the 90% of youtubers have video how to formatted but not fix any inconvenient as you can see.

Often cellphones and tablet read and utilize the SD card differently, and while it works in one it can easily not work in the other, especially if any SD card security features, apps, or other things in the cellphone is using the SD card.  Chances are you will have to format the card to work in the tablet, and won't be able to switch back and forth between the two.  Save the data you don't want to lose to the internal storage (if it can fit) or another device (PC, laptop file transfer) before formatting and move it back over.
