Hardly 'experimental'.
The Covid-19 vaccines are based on past research on two other notable corona virus, namely MERS and SARS.
While the Pfizer vaccine is using a new technology, mRNA, that teach our cells how to make a protein—or even just a piece of a protein—that triggers an immune response inside our bodies. That immune response, which produces antibodies, is what protects us from getting infected if the real virus enters our bodies.

The experiments have already been done and the vaccines have been found to be both safe and effective (well the approved ones anyway).  Nothing in medicine or biology is 100% effective, and this is true for vaccines, but that doesn't mean that they don't do way more good than harm.  The crazy people are the ones who want to deny science and get their medical advice from crooked politicians and religious fundamentalists....Show more
