With the left practically taking over the world will the world of "brave new world" or gattaca become a reality soon? In case you are wondering what I'm talking about, in both brave new world and gattaca kids are genetically modified and basically grown in test tubes

You're lucky Y!A is shutting down. Being conservative doesn't mean you are mentally ill. Conservatives are admittedly stubborn, but liberals seem worse. We should be able to have our own opinions and agree to disagree. Besides, you claim the stories conservative YouTubers have been "debunked" yet I haven't seen any proof. I have seen however these channels still find evidence that kids are being indoctrinated. BTW David Cullen of computing forever was "canceled"

I'm not calling liberals lying lunatics. As a common saying goes "I'll believe it when I see it." please just show me at least one source that debunks the "fake news" that kids are being indoctrinated and I'll leave the topic alone. As for reading brave new world, I have or I wouldn't be bringing it up now would I. Also, we already technically have gene splicing and genetic modification technology thanks to crispr

Brave new world is really the progenitor of all that - a book written by Aldous Huxley in 1932. You should read it. 
Anyway - that technology you are asking about might come around in your life time, or it might not. Get a masters in biology and help manifest it if you want. Science rules!

You've misrepresented Gattaca.
Embryos are tested for desirable traits, but not manipulated.
The implied story is that embryos that don't measure up are discarded or labeled "invalid".
It's basically a story of eugenics.
Society has split into two classes.
Those who have superior DNA/traits are considered "valid".
While those who were conceived and born the old fashioned way (no testing or ignoring "bad" results) are considered "invalid".
The invalid are disqualified from all the good jobs and form a permanent lower class.
While the valid folks get all the good jobs and treatment.
Our hero, Vincent, is an invalid who cheats the system to be treated as valid so that he can attain his dream of going into space.
