Meaning of kids doing head tilt and double peace sign?

(I'm too embarrassed to ask my peers.)

I see many kids (elementary school age and middle school age) posing for photos with their hands giving two peace signs (or what looks like two peace signs), and sometimes their heads are tilted to one side. There are photos all over social media of kids doing this pose. Is this from a movie or TV show? I've never seen this before. What's the meaning of that sign? I'm thinking it's benign because of the age group (and parents willingness to photograph their kids).

I'm usually a pretty smart gal, but I seriously missed the memo on this cultural thing. Can something briefly explain? Thank you so much.

Posing is being "Cute", Double peace sign is ignorance. Again trying to join the crowd, and be "Cute".

Take the alleged "Peace Sign with the hands."  If the palm is foreward, with the fingers showing That is the WW2 Victory Sign.

If the sign is made with the Back of the Hand toward the target you have a HATE Sign. It is from long, long ago when French warriors Cut off the the index and middle fingers of English Bowmen.  The English would show their enemy that they still had the fingers, as a taunt, saying ****you.  (Using the Right Hand, the bow string pulling fingers.)

The "Head Tilt"  is just, as would be expected, repeating the pose of "Gangsta Posing". Looking cool, the ignorant being in "the know", being cute to their friends.

Many Americans might make the sign meaning TWO,  Those in the know will use the Thumb as "one", and Thumb and Forefinger as "Two".
