Many reasons not to. Some people enjoy the act of driving. Some people like having a dedicated driver that knows them. Most very wealthy people have a driver that is employed 24/7/365 just for them. They don't really need Ubers. Also, if you're that famous Ubers may not be the safest choice.

If you are "very wealthy," why would you sit around waiting for Ubers when you could just have your chauffer constantly driving your limo around the block so that at a moment's notice you can just jump in and tell him where to drive you?
