What do you think of this popular Quran verse that describes God?

“Allah! There is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, All-Sustaining. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge—except what He wills ˹to reveal˺. His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.”(Quran 2:255)

It's this statement that grabs my attention, "Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission?" But that section does not actually say how anybody could know they had his permission to appeal to him in an intercessionary way. No human creature - created by God - could have a right standing before God, but that's why God raised up the one and only Intercessor between Himself and sinful humanity - the resurrected Jesus Christ who returned to Heaven (from where He had come some 33 years earlier). The Bible shows Him to be the only Interceder, Mediator, and that all approach to God has to be made in faith in Jesus Christ, as He has "the name that is above every name."

I would encourage Muslims to read the new testament book of Hebrews, where that is fully explained. Sadly, Muslims are actively discouraged from reading the Bible, especially that book!

You little kids and your infantile fantasies make me grin.
Anyone can describe any god cos they could never be proven wrong.

Delusions are a common thread in each of the three Abrahamic blood cults.
