Do men like a workhorse woman? I have a retail job now and dont get paid much. But i am very hard working. I feel like i have a workhorse nature.

These days, yes, I'm sure.
Society made these past couple generations grow up with strong women and slightly cradled men. So it's pretty much expected for the women to work hard. Though... I fail to see how you're trying to correlate wanting to be a stay at home mother/wife, with your retail job and being a workhorse.

The thing about being a "workhorse" if that means you are always on the go, working. Is that mentality is not compatible with raising children. A workhorse likes to keep going until a job is done. With children, you can't do that, everything takes longer, slower, has multiple sidetracks to it, and can't always be completed until later, much much later in some situations.
