Is banning people for their political views equivalent to banning them for their race or creed?

Are Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, and Twitter in violation of civil rights laws?

Political views are a persons creed...

Very much so.  It really is the Left banning people that do not follow the "woke" identity politics.  And while that might serve them well today, it will definitely come back to bite them in the future when other private companies follow this example and begin to ban those who's identity politics they don't like either.  It'll all be written down in their terms of service, just like it is today.

Why yes, yes it is but it is not recognized by the law. It is relatively new concept.

Banning people for refusing to follow guidelines is something you agreed to when you clicked “Accept” on the TOS.
