"Many people go out of their house without turning off the light." should be corrected for "go out of" to be: "leave", and "the light" to be: "any lights". So that sentence should be: "Many people leave their houses without turning off any lights."

Correct. You could use a comma after house. But don't have to because it's one complete thought.

But it's plural
Many people go out their houses without turning off the lights

No it is not. Use plural for both. The do not all live in the same house.
Many people go out of their houses without turning the lights off.

Technically yes.
But I'd write "Many people leave their house without turning the light off." instead.
