Is this sentence correct?

Many people go out of their house without turning off the light.

    Correct. You could use a comma after house. But don't have to because it's one complete thought.

    No it is not. Use plural for both. The do not all live in the same house. 

    Many people go out of their houses without turning the lights off.

    Technically yes.

    But I'd write "Many people leave their house without turning the light off." instead.
