Yes. Predominantly Republican precincts in Republican states get enough polling stations where they can get in, vote, and leave in less than 30 minutes. Predominantly Democratic precincts in those states get only a few stations, forcing people to stand in line for hours to get their turn to vote. The latest law is now making those predominantly Democratic voters lose their place in line if they can't stand their thirst any longer.
