Should I get a Master's Degree?

I work at Walmart and I am graduating this year with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. I like working at Walmart and feel like I want to work there for the rest of my life. Should I study to get a Master's Degree if I don't really want to work in that field, since I still want to work at Walmart? Would it be worth all the time and investment?

And you expect us to believe that working at Walmart is the extent of your ambition.  Sorry.  I call troll.

If your goal is to work at Walmart forever, then there is no point. If you want to get a high paying job away from Walmart, it’s a great idea.

As for the moron claiming it is a worthless piece of paper, keep telling yourself that all your peers with Master’s degrees earn twice what you do.

I suspect there are a lot of career paths at Walmart. There are people in marketing, logistics, data science, IT security, and so many other things.  What would you ultimately like to do in that company - that should guide your choice of future study.

Bro,You don't need an expensive master's degree at Walmart. But you DO have an ideal setting for conducting sociological research. Get with it!
