Better to eat before or after workout?
So I’m trying to lose and i want to tackle it from the diet side and the exercise side.
Im really asking about dinner because i am currently doing the 16:8 diet where i eat at noon and my last meal is at 7pm
Now i like to workout like 10:30am that way i can get an hour in and i have time to shower and cook and eat exactly at noon
Now if i want my last meal at 7pm should i workout at 6pm or should i workout at like 8:30pm.
I guess I’m really asking which is more beneficial 😅 im hoping someone on here is a fitness guru or nutritionist.
