Chinese websites started their versions of "Answers" a long time ago. Some questions receive hundreds of replies. It really depends on the subject matter of the question and the interest of the reader.
It is also interesting to note that the participants in the Chinese "Answers" programs are a lot more serious with their questions and answers. I actually learn a lot from reading those programs. Here at Yahoo! Answers, I see a lot of silly questions, a ton of half-hearted answers, and countless mistakes in the usage of the English language.
Of course these programs are meant to be fun and one ought not be concerned with grammar, spelling, syntax, etc. Nevertheless, it is humiliating in some ways to see the degradation of the language so plainly.
