    Actually, you don't have to wait 15 days. You can choose a best answer 5 minutes after you ask the question.

    It will depend on the question asked and how many answers there have been. How can you choose a best answer when there is only one and it is wrong?

    1- when i find the complete answer ; i don't need to wait .

    2-in case of opinions ; waiting more answers is good .
