Notre Dame. Great school, great image. You will be seen as being much more distinctive if you have a Notre Dame degree. The other plus is that the Notre Dame alumni network is huge. That can really be helpful to you later on when you want to network for a job.
This is not to say that Georgia Tech isn't a great school--it really is a good technical school. But outside of Georgia it doesn't have the cache of Notre Dame.

I think you shoud go to Notre Dame. After all who really wants to be an annoying bug when you could be a lucky irish. A fighting one at that. It is a great school with a lot of great tradition and an awesome cathedral.
