What do you do about "The Annoying Guy" at work?
He is constantly singing broadway songs and quoting movie lines. He thinks everyone adores him but being around him makes us all sick. He always tries to rub all of the girl's backs and shoulders. It makes our skin crawl.

Pray for Him ( if you pray ). Also, tell him he's annoying. He deserves honesty about how his ridiculous behavior is annoying everbody. After all, If no one is letting him know he's ridiculous, he may think everyone likes him. Tell him he sucks at singing if he does, but if he's a good singer, tell him he's a good singer but that doesn't give him the right to touch everyone. It's very couragous to be honest to people. It is so much easier to follow the herd and gossip. This guy has a family somewhere you know, so treat him like you would want your dad or husband or son to be treated at their work.

plan it with some of ur other coworkers and sing dreadfully awful.....quote wrong lines...etc etc.
try giving him a rub...constantly. let's see how he likes it.

Whoa, he is trying to touch you guys and nobody likes it? Either he is slightly or flaming homosexual, or he is a sensitive, touchy-feely guy. You should report the "rubbing" so that he gets a warning, and that will make him stop touching you, and as for the singing and movie lines, I suggest you and your co-workers present the problem to the boss. Hopefully HE is not the boss.
