I don't know whether tango is male or female. If it is a He--first, get him neutered if he has not already been. If he continues, he is doing this as a sign of dominance over you. He is trying to show you that he is "alpha" over you. The best way to make him quit is some obedience training that will keep him in check. He needs to know that you are the human and will always be alpha over him.
