could be either, but I believe they are recording IP addresses so these people would have to be too ambitious. Once in a while questions come up asking why two different users can't sign on with the same computer, so I'd assume they'd have to go somewhere else to use a different ID.

i had to create to new identities because i was suspended from here twice- the violations were because it was not a question or an answer. people join just to hit the report abuse button.
