I would think that the highest compliment you could give a guy is respect. It goes both ways but when you respect someones feelings, opinions and overall self that is a pretty nice compliment.

I think that if the girl is steady with the guy she should tell im his best qualities over dinner. If the chick is just getting a piece of *** out of it, I say she should compliment his pecker and enjoy the benifits.
